Q: I see that there may be additional charges for jobs outside the major cities. How much is this and why do we have to pay it?
A: The additional mileage fee works out to about $150 extra per job. We try and keep our product/job costs low, however when we spend at least 3 hours or more just getting there and back, we have to compensate our employees for their time, gasoline and wear and tear on their vehicles.
Q: Will you travel to places further along the western slope, like Durango and Telluride?
A: Unfortunately not at this time. Due to being a smaller business, we don’t have the resources to send staff that far without compromising our availability to serve folks a little closer to us. Q: If we come to one of the office locations to pick up or purchase an item, are we able to avoid the delivery and setup fees?
A: Of course! If we have something in stock and ready to go at our Springs or Pueblo office, you are more than welcome to pick it up and do a self-service setup/install- this is perfect for portable ramps and rental DME. Otherwise, if you need us to deliver and set it up for you, we are happy to do so- just ask!
