Q: Does insurance cover any of the things I will need?
A: The short answer is most likely, no. The long answer is that it depends on what type of insurance you are using- some types like workers compensation, the VA, and certain Medicaid waivers do cover the work that we do, but most major health insurers do not cover anything that gets installed into the home. Feel free to contact us to get an idea of how much things will cost, or check out our funding page to learn more.
Q: Does someone have to come out to my home to tell me a price?
A: No, but we still need to see what it is that we are working with! We can coordinate Zoom, FaceTime, Skype or other virtual home assessment, or just review photos to get a better idea as to what your project might entail. Don’t hesitate to contact us so we can set something up!
Q: What is the best way to get in touch with someone at Adaptive Mobility?
A: Thankfully, Adaptive Mobility is a very small business and we only have real people working for us- no chat bots or annoying automated phone systems. Often times, we are unable to answer every call, but please leave a voicemail, or feel free to just send us a text message so that we can get back to you soon!
